The new Alpha engine, the Dragon V, is a pre broken-in, 3 port engine designed to the highest specification. The Dragon V continues with the Dragon IV’s benefit of being easy to tune and within 2-4 tanks, be ready to race.

With the new engine, they have been able to improve the following items;

Piston: The lightweight fully-milled piston provides the engine with more power during acceleration, which enables the engine to have greater torque and better fuel efficiency.

Sleeve: The hand made cylinder liner improves scavenging and exhaust efficiency, this can give the engine better acceleration and higher top speeds.   

Head Button: An O-ring is added to the new head button to make the engine have more consistent temperature performance. A new red coloured anodised head now sits on top...

Backplate: The new backplate improves the scavenging efficiency of the engine.    

This engine also comes with 3 venturi, 6,6.5,7mm and a P6 plug (we recommend to use the Alpha 2159 pipe).
